Forecourt Line Markings for Jaguar Land Rover

To take our minds away from the current pandemic that is Coronavirus, we’re shedding light on some of the other projects our crews have completed earlier on in the year.

This time our experienced crews headed down to Sunbury-on-Thames, to carry out and deliver forecourt line markings for Jaguar Land Rover at one of their dealerships.

Our experience in delivering forecourt line markings has allowed us to quickly understand what is needed to deliver on time, to budget and to adhere to time restraints.

The project consisted of four arrows, give way markings including 28 pads and one give way triangle, 21 1200mm letters, nine meters squared of solid area markings, eleven meters of lining and the installation of 25 preform markings reading ‘CUSTOMER PARKING.’ The project was delivered in just one day – transforming their premises with a refreshing new look.

All the above works were carried out in thermoplastic paint, a durable material perfect for a surface such as a car dealership forecourt – a surface with very high volumes of traffic.

In addition to thermoplastic being very durable, the material also carries anti-slip properties – increasing the health and safety value of the markings as well as the initial design in which the markings were laid.

The layout of the forecourt added to health and safety by directing traffic through the one-way system and outlined where customers can park safely and efficiently.
